The short version: Talisk uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. The app sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and secure, and uses your browser's local storage for interface preferences and offline performance. Because none of this is used to profile or track you across sites, there is nothing here that requires a consent banner — and if we ever add a non-essential tracking technology, we will ask for your consent before it activates, as Quebec's Law 25 requires.

01Cookies we set

That is the whole list. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies, no third-party analytics cookies.

02Browser storage (localStorage / IndexedDB)

The app stores interface preferences and working data in your own browser. This data stays on your device and is not a tracking technology. Currently that includes:

03Notifications

If you explicitly enable notifications, your browser registers a push subscription so Talisk can notify you (for example, when a receipt scan finishes). This only happens after you grant the browser permission, and you can revoke it in your browser settings at any time.

04Third-party resources

The public website pages, including this one, are served entirely from talisk.ai: every asset, typefaces included, comes from our own servers. Browsing here sends no request to any third party and hands your IP address to nobody but us.

The signed-in app serves its typefaces the same way. It no longer loads fonts from Google Fonts or from any other font network, so no font provider receives your IP address or learns that you use Talisk.

We use no tag managers, no pixels, no analytics, and no embedded advertising resources anywhere, on the public site or in the app.

05Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working — they are the mechanism that keeps your session secure. Questions: privacy@talisk.ai.
