01Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription yourself, at any time, in the app under Settings → Subscription. No phone call. If you tell us the price is the reason, we may offer a discount first; you can decline it and finish cancelling in the same step. If you prefer, email support@talisk.ai and we will cancel for you.

02What happens when you cancel

03Refunds

14-day guarantee on your first subscription. If you cancel within 14 days of starting your first paid subscription, we refund what you paid for it in full, including the sales tax, and the subscription ends straight away. This applies once per customer: to your first subscription that took a payment, not to a later one or a renewal.

Outside the guarantee, you can still cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. We do not refund the unused part of a period you have already started, except for billing errors, or where consumer-protection law gives you a right to one.

Independently of the above, we always refund:

Refunds go back to the original payment method, via Stripe.

04Consumer-protection notices

Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled (see the Terms of Service). We give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, which apply only from a later renewal.

Distance contracts: Talisk subscriptions are contracts concluded at a distance. Before you pay, the app presents the price, the billing period, and what the plan includes; a receipt is issued for each charge. If we fail to meet an obligation under distance-contract rules that apply to you (BC or Quebec), you may have additional cancellation and chargeback rights under those laws — contact support@talisk.ai first and we will make it right.
