Teach the AI to draft replies your way

Open this in Talisk HQ

Reply Rules let the assistant pre-draft replies for specific kinds of email:

  1. Go to Settings › AI Settings and, under Reply Rules, click + New Rule.
  2. Name the rule and set its conditions (Subject contains, Sender contains, Body contains) so it matches the right emails. Turn on Auto-draft on arrival to have Talisk draft a reply as those emails land.
  3. Click ✦ Learn from my replies to teach the rule your voice from your past sent replies.

When an email matches, Talisk writes a draft reply in your voice, pulling in anything relevant from your Knowledge Library (business brief, FAQs). The draft waits for you: open it, edit if needed, and send. Talisk never sends a reply automatically; every draft is a suggestion you approve.

A rule with no conditions never matches; set one rule as the Default to catch everything else.

Good to know: Auto-draft always produces a suggestion for you to review: Talisk never sends a reply on its own, so a drafted reply waits in your drafts until you send it. A rule's learned style replaces your global style for matching emails rather than blending with it.
