Send invoices and record payments from your phone

Open this in Talisk HQ

On your phone, the center ⦿ Do button opens a hub where you can type or speak a command:

  • "send invoice for job 12": rolls up the job's unbilled work into a draft invoice to review and send.
  • "record payment on invoice 42": opens a sheet to record a payment against that invoice.
  • "mark invoice 42 paid": marks the invoice's full balance paid.
  • "log 2 hours", "scan a receipt", "new quote": jump straight into those flows.

Every money command shows you a preview first and only acts when you tap Send, Record payment, or Mark paid: tap Cancel and nothing is written. Commands need the number (job or invoice), and anything the hub doesn't recognize (or a request without a number) is handed to Ask rather than guessed at, so it never takes the wrong action.

Good to know: Every money command previews first and posts only when you tap the action: cancelling writes nothing. Commands need the invoice or job number ("record payment on invoice 42"); a command without a number, or anything unrecognized, goes to Ask instead of guessing.
