Connect your Shopify store
Connect your storefront so its sales, tax, and payouts flow into your books:
- Go to Ledger › Setup (the Businesses tab).
- On your business card, find the Integrations panel and click Connect more.
- In the Connect integration window, choose Shopify and enter your shop
subdomain (e.g.
my-store), or choose WooCommerce and enter your site URL. Approve access when redirected.
Once connected, an Ecommerce section appears in the sidebar for that book, and Talisk starts pulling in payout summaries, sales tax, and orders on a regular sync. Connecting Shopify also makes cost-of-goods tracking available: turn it on from the Books Health offer card or the Setup toggle so your margins are real.
Store connect lives in Setup; the Ecommerce › Stores tab is just a health view that links back here.
Good to know: You connect a store from Ledger › Setup, not the Ecommerce tab (that tab is
read-only store health). The Ecommerce section only appears once a Shopify or
WooCommerce store is connected on your active book: a payment processor like
Square or Stripe doesn't light it up.
