How do I see which clients owe me money

To see who owes you and how much, open the AR Aging report at Ledger › Reports › AR Aging. It lists every unpaid customer invoice, grouped by how overdue it is.

What it shows. Each outstanding invoice sits in a bucket: Current · 1-30 Days · 31-60 Days · 61-90 Days · 90+ Days, and the 90+ column is highlighted when anything's in it, so your oldest receivables stand out first. The report reads as of today and lists sent, viewed, and overdue invoices: paid and credit-note rows drop off on their own.

Take it with you. Download the whole thing as CSV or PDF, which is exactly what your accountant wants at year end.

Where TALISK_HQ fits. Because the report is built from your posted invoices and payments, it always ties to your books, with no separate tally to keep. If a client only covered part of what they owe, record the partial payment and the balance keeps showing here until it's paid.
