How do I let my client pay online
Your client pays online through TALISK_HQ's view & pay online portal, and there are two ways they reach it.
Send the invoice. Open the invoice under Invoicing › Invoices, click Email invoice, check the To, Subject, and Message, then click Send. TALISK_HQ emails the invoice with its PDF attached, marks it sent, and records the receivable. You'll need a connected mailbox and an email address on the client.
The pay-online link. When you send an invoice from your phone using the send invoice for job flow, TALISK_HQ adds a view & pay online portal link right in the email, so your client can pay straight from their inbox. The desktop email attaches the PDF instead.
Either way, the portal is there. Once your client opens the invoice, they can always pay through that portal, whichever way you sent it. So even a desktop-emailed PDF isn't a dead end: the online payment option lives with the invoice, not only with the email link.
