Choose which notifications you get
TALISK_HQ can tell you when something happens while you are away from the app. On your phone, open More, then turn on Push notifications for that device. You will be asked once by your phone or browser to allow it.
Underneath that, What to notify me about has three switches:
- Email covers new email, and anything still waiting on a reply.
- Money covers an invoice being paid, a customer accepting a quote, and a remittance falling due.
- Receipts and bills covers a receipt finishing its scan, and bills arriving by email.
Turning one off stops that kind of notification being sent, so it will not appear on any of your devices. The switches for one kind do not affect another.
Tapping a notification opens the thing it is about: an email opens that conversation, a paid invoice opens the invoice, and captured bills open your bills list. If the app is already open in another window, it moves that window to the right place rather than opening a second one.
TALISK_HQ stays quiet while you are actually using the app. If you have the app in front of you when something happens, it appears on screen instead of as a notification.
If notifications stop arriving, check three things in order: the switch for that device under More, the three category switches under it, and then your phone's own notification settings for TALISK_HQ, which can block them separately.
